2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. Actual shades may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and the handcrafted nature of our garments. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order — for example, due to stock availability or pricing errors. You will receive a confirmation once your order is accepted.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days across India. Free shipping is offered on eligible prepaid orders as indicated at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging. Certain items may be marked non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after a quality check.

6. Payments

We accept UPI, cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways; we do not store your card details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Silver Needle is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of this website or our products beyond the value of the item purchased.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
